Join Lancaster Garden Club on Sept. 25th for Confessions of a Seed Snatcher. Presented by MariePatrice Masse, Confessions of a Seed Snatcher is a journey of discovery into the world of seed gathering. From seed biology, to seed politics, from seed quirkiness to seed adaptability. Learn how to save seeds from many of your favorite garden friends, as you enjoy entertaining stories of “finding” seeds in unusual places. Includes a hands-on component where you can “gather seeds” from a large collection of flower heads, seed stalks, pods… for your own planting or to start a local seed library. Your awareness and appreciation of seeds is guaranteed to grow!

MariePatrice Masse, M.Ed., an enthusiastic gardener and lover of nature, has been collecting seeds for many years. An active member of the Stow GardenClub, she’s a frequent GardenClub speaker and children’s workshop presenter at NOFA Summer Conference.  More often than not, MariePatrice can be found passionately tending her 4500 square foot organic flower and vegetable garden at the Stow Community Garden.

Don't miss this incredible program!  Social hour from 6 - 7pm; program begins at 7pm.  Free for members, $5 for non-members.
